PUZZLOA 개인정보처리방침

1. 적용 범위 및 운영자
본 개인정보처리방침은 대한민국에서 GAME VAVAV가 운영하는 Android 게임 PUZZLOA(패키지명: com.vavav.puzzloa)에 적용됩니다.
2. 현재 앱에서 처리되는 데이터
PUZZLOA는 Google Play Games에 로그인하지 않아도 실행할 수 있으며, 게임 진행 상황을 기기에 로컬 저장합니다.
사용자가 Google Play Games 로그인을 선택하면 Google은 인증에 필요한 Play Games 사용자 식별자를 처리합니다. 로그인한 사용자가 클라우드 저장을 명시적으로 선택하면 게임 저장 스냅샷이 Google Play Games Services의 Saved Games로 전송됩니다.
저장 스냅샷에는 스테이지 진행도, 쓰러뜨리거나 클리어한 적, 선택한 파티, 캐릭터 성장 정보, 게임 재화, 플레이어 레벨, 선택한 로비 캐릭터 및 관련 게임 상태 값이 포함될 수 있습니다.
GAME VAVAV는 사용자의 Gmail 주소나 비밀번호를 받지 않으며, Play Games 사용자 식별자 또는 저장 스냅샷의 별도 사본을 보관하는 자체 서버나 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.
3. 데이터 출처 및 처리 목적
- Play Games 사용자 식별자: 사용자가 요청한 로그인, 계정 연결 및 클라우드 저장 연결을 제공하기 위해 처리됩니다.
- 게임 저장 스냅샷: 사용자가 요청한 저장, 불러오기 및 다른 기기에서의 진행 복원을 제공하기 위해 처리됩니다.
해당 데이터는 사용자의 Google Play Games 선택과 게임 플레이 상태에서 생성됩니다. Google 로그인과 클라우드 저장은 오프라인 로컬 플레이에 필수 사항이 아닙니다.
4. 로컬 저장 및 클라우드 데이터 흐름
로컬 저장 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 남습니다. 사용자가 클라우드 저장 버튼을 직접 선택한 경우에만 해당 스냅샷이 Google Play Games로 전송됩니다. 클라우드 불러오기는 앱 내 확인 절차를 거친 뒤 해당 로컬 게임 상태를 교체합니다.
5. 제3자 서비스: Google Play Games Services
PUZZLOA는 플랫폼 서비스 제공자인 Google의 Google Play Games Services 및 Saved Games를 사용합니다. Google이 플랫폼 데이터를 처리하는 방식에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. GAME VAVAV는 현재 앱에서 처리되는 데이터를 판매하지 않으며 자체 서버를 통해 제3자에게 공유하지 않습니다.
6. 보유 및 삭제
로컬 데이터는 사용자가 앱 저장공간을 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남을 수 있으며, Android 플랫폼 백업 설정의 영향을 받을 수 있습니다.
Google Play Games 클라우드 스냅샷은 새 저장으로 덮어쓰거나 Google Play Games 데이터 관리 기능을 통해 삭제할 때까지 이용 가능할 수 있습니다. 개별 게임 데이터 삭제 방법은 Google Play Games 데이터 삭제 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
PUZZLOA는 GAME VAVAV 자체 계정을 만들지 않으며, 현재 별도의 개발자 운영 데이터 삭제 요청 데이터베이스를 제공하지 않습니다. GAME VAVAV는 Gmail 주소나 비밀번호를 받지 않으므로 이메일 주소로 Google Play Games 스냅샷을 조회하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다.
7. 보안 조치
지원되는 네트워크 전송에는 HTTPS/TLS 암호화 연결이 사용되며, 현재 Android 앱 설정에서는 일반 텍스트 통신(cleartext traffic)이 비활성화되어 있습니다. 다만 어떠한 전송 또는 저장 방식도 절대적인 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 본 방침은 로컬 저장 데이터가 기기에서 암호화된다고 주장하지 않습니다.
8. 국외 처리
Google은 Google 또는 그 서비스 제공자가 운영하는 국가에서 플랫폼 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 처리에는 Google의 약관, 개인정보처리방침 및 적용되는 보호조치가 따릅니다.
9. 이용 대상
PUZZLOA는 18세 이상 성인을 대상으로 하며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
10. 현재 활성화되지 않은 서비스
본 방침이 설명하는 현재 Android 버전은 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 또한 Google Play Billing을 포함하지 않습니다. 제3자 분석 도구 또는 GAME VAVAV 계정·백엔드도 포함하지 않습니다.
향후 이러한 SDK나 데이터 처리 기능을 출시하기 전에 본 방침, 시행일 및 Google Play Console 데이터 보안 신고를 함께 갱신합니다.

PUZZLOA Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android game PUZZLOA (package name: com.vavav.puzzloa), operated by GAME VAVAV in the Republic of Korea.
2. Data processed by the current app
PUZZLOA can run without Google Play Games sign-in and keeps game progress as a local save on the device.
If the user chooses Google Play Games sign-in, Google processes the Play Games user identifier required for authentication. If a signed-in user explicitly chooses cloud save, a game-save snapshot is sent to Saved Games in Google Play Games Services.
The snapshot may include stage progress, defeated or cleared enemies, selected party, character progression, game currency, player level, selected lobby character, and related game-state values.
GAME VAVAV does not receive the user's Gmail address or password and does not operate a separate server or database that retains another copy of the Play Games identifier or snapshot.
3. Source and purpose of processing
- Play Games user identifier: processed to provide sign-in, account association, and cloud-save connection requested by the user.
- Game-save snapshot: processed to provide save, load, and cross-device progress restoration requested by the user.
The data originates from the user's Google Play Games choice and gameplay state. Google sign-in and cloud save are not required for offline local play.
4. Local save and cloud data flow
Local save data remains on the user's device. A snapshot is sent to Google Play Games only when the user explicitly selects cloud save. Cloud load replaces the applicable local game state only after the in-app confirmation step.
5. Third-party service: Google Play Games Services
PUZZLOA uses Google Play Games Services and Saved Games, provided by Google as a platform service provider. Google's handling of platform data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. GAME VAVAV does not sell the data processed by the current app or share it with third parties through a GAME VAVAV server.
6. Retention and deletion
Local data may remain on the device until the user clears the app's storage or uninstalls the app, subject to Android platform backup settings.
Google Play Games cloud snapshots may remain available until they are overwritten by a new save or deleted through Google Play Games data controls. Instructions are available in Google's guide to deleting Play Games data for an individual game.
PUZZLOA does not create a GAME VAVAV account and currently does not provide a separate developer-operated deletion-request database. Because GAME VAVAV does not receive a Gmail address or password, it cannot look up or delete a Google Play Games snapshot by email address.
7. Security safeguards
Supported network transfers use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, and cleartext traffic is disabled in the current Android app configuration. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. This policy does not claim that local save data is encrypted at rest on the device.
8. International processing
Google may process platform data in countries where Google or its service providers operate. Such processing is subject to Google's terms, privacy policy, and applicable safeguards.
9. Adults-only audience
PUZZLOA is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
10. Services not currently active
The current Android release described by this policy does not include the Google Mobile Ads SDK. It also does not include Google Play Billing, third-party analytics, or a GAME VAVAV account or backend.
Before any such SDK or data-processing feature is released, GAME VAVAV will update this policy, its effective date, and the Google Play Console Data Safety declarations together.
